Max‑200AHF‑ AIR / O₂ Control System

Main Features

Cutting gas: Air + Oxygen
Cutting torch: HPR‑260A (2 m cable)

Equipped with a gas control console; the plasma gas and shielding gas can be adjusted independently, which improves cutting fineness and enables high‑quality cutting for multiple gas cutting processes.
Derived from the control principle of fine plasma cutting machines, it delivers superior cutting quality compared with conventional plasma cutters.
An independent high‑frequency arc‑starting controller reduces HF interference to CNC and robot systems. It also shortens the torch cable, improves torch cooling performance and enhances arc‑ignition reliability.
Custom‑designed torch cooling system is fitted with a high‑flow, high‑lift water pump and high‑power heat‑dissipation structure, effectively extending the service life of torch consumable parts.
Rigorous gas‑circuit control logic is especially suitable for carbon‑steel cutting using “oxygen as plasma gas / air as shielding gas”. It achieves better cutting quality than ordinary air plasma cutting. When matched with the MS‑260 fine‑cutting torch, cutting efficiency can be increased by more than 20%.
Analogue and digital communication interfaces facilitate function expansion and easy integration with various intelligent CNC systems.
Comprehensive secondary‑menu functions together with monitoring and control capabilities are available.
Product Applications
Primarily used for cutting metallic materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Widely applied to medium‑and‑thick plate metal‑cutting industries including pressure‑vessel fabrication, hydropower projects, metallurgy, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, special‑purpose & commercial vehicle modification, steel‑structure construction and component machining.
