Max-45AL

Product Overview
The Max‑45AL is a non‑HF‑ignition air plasma cutting machine. It supports not only manual hand‑held cutting but also automated cutting systems such as CNC cutting machines and robots. Equipped with both digital communication and analogue interfaces, it meets the communication requirements for most automated equipment.
Product Features
Industrial‑grade plasma cutter with 40% duty cycle; 1P‑110 V / 220 V, 50‑60 Hz.
Adopting non‑HF arc‑starting technology and matched with a low‑frequency cutting torch, it delivers excellent anti‑power‑interference performance and achieves a more concentrated arc initiation.
It enables consistent long‑duration cutting operations and prevents unintended sheet‑metal losses.
Superior durability built upon dual‑module IGBT. Unlike discrete single‑tube IGBTs, the IGBT module packaging technology elevates the stability and service life of the plasma power source to a new level.
Real‑time communication with CNC systems allows precise cutting‑quality control via database parameters. Current is boosted during piercing to enhance piercing capacity.
Intelligent corner current control improves corner‑cutting quality and eliminates over‑burning.
Designed for global‑range operation; suitable for workshop‑garage working environments. Piercing‑cutting mode supports universal cutting for both manual and mechanized applications. It accepts 220 V single‑phase and 220 V / 380 V three‑phase power supply. The duty‑cycle rating does not degrade under different supply voltages.
Product Applications
Primarily used for cutting various metallic materials including carbon steel, alloy steel and non‑ferrous metals.
Widely deployed in industries involving metal cutting and gouging: industrial power‑station erection, boiler and pressure‑vessel fabrication, shipbuilding, metallurgy, petrochemicals, aerospace, construction machinery, and steel‑structure manufacturing.
